I ask that a 24-hour notice be provided when cancelling appointments. If less than a 24 hour notice you will be charged as follows:
If you need to cancel please do so asap to avoid any fees.
If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. I recommend arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time. All services will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. Any guest arriving 15 minutes late or more may be asked to reschedule.
All new clients are required to sign a Credit Card Authorization form to make an appointment. Also, as a new client, you are required to pay a 50% deposit for the scheduled services you had selected. Appointments are subject to change within a 10-15 minute time window due to online booking flexibility.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by me.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES AND/OR SERVICES
Prices for my services/products are subject to change without notice.
I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
I reserve the right to refuse any service you place with me. I may, in my sole discretion, limit or cancel services purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include services placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or services that use the same billing address. In the event that I make a change to or cancel an service, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the service was made. I reserve the right to limit or prohibit services that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all services and products rendered at my salon. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that I can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
